If you "search" Polliwagon, you will find that this was a poorly designed aircraft with a high (vs number built) accident rate.
It supposedly had some nasty flight characteristics. Possibly due to the full flying "T" tail?
Too bad, as it was an inexpensive and very pretty little aircraft.
